Status:
The Doctoral Program in Management and Business is a research-based program designed to develop aspects of management, enhance managerial capacity, and make original contributions to management practice and science. This program integrates a solid mastery of theory and concepts with accurate thinking and analytical skills, while emphasizing the application of research findings to solve practical business problems.
The Doctoral Study Program in Management and Business of SB-IPB has obtained “UNGGUL” accreditation based on the Decree of the Independent Accreditation Institute for Economics, Management, Business and Accounting (LAMEMBA) No. 303/DE/A.5/AR.10/III/2023.
Program:
The Doctoral Program in Management and Business at IPB University’s School of Business offers regular classes held online on Fridays from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM WIB and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 5:10 PM WIB at the IPB Gunung Gede SB-IPB Campus. Each participant can choose from five courses to deepen their interests: Strategic and Agribusiness Management, Marketing Management, Knowledge Management and Innovation, Financial Management and Investment, and Entrepreneurship.

Registration Requirements:
- Have a Master’s GPA ≥ 3.00
- Create an account and fill out the registration form by accessing the page https://pendaftaran.admisi.ipb.ac.id/ ;
- Pay a registration fee of Rp. 1,750,000,-
- Upload a 4×6 cm colored passport photo (white or red background)
- Upload original scanned documents/photocopies* of Bachelor’s and Master’s degree certificates and transcripts from various disciplines that have been legalized by the originating university.
- Fill out 2 recommendation forms from undergraduate and postgraduate lecturers or your workplace supervisor (minimum Doctoral degree)
- Upload a letter of permission/study leave from the head of the agency where the prospective participant works (for participants who are currently working)
- Uploading CV documents*
- Uploading research plan proposal*
- Upload a letter of guarantee for educational costs from the sponsor or the person responsible (with a Rp. 10,000 stamp)*
- Upload the results of the BAPPENAS Academic Potential Test (TPA) with a score of ≥ 500. The BAPPENAS TPA schedule can be accessed via the website https://koperasi.bappenas.go.id/jadwal-tpa/
- Upload a letter of permission/approval from your superior for applicants who are working (optional)
- Uploading scientific work that has been published in a scientific magazine that already has an ISSN (optional)
- Upload a TOEFL ITP Certificate ≥ 525 equivalent to EPT, IBT, IELTS (optional at the beginning, but must be attached at the end as a graduation requirement). English Language Tests recognized at IPB include TOEFL ITP (can be taken at official institutions such as (http://www.iief.or.id/toefl-itp-test-schedule), special EPT from IPB managed by ILA (IPB Language Academy) under IPB Training (https://ipbtraining.com/ila), as well as official iBT and IELTS.
